Jason John Cseh - Pastor 

Jason Cseh is one of the founding pastors at Catalyst, which began in 2006. His passion is for the local church, specifically working with those on the fringe of their faith. He considers himself a devoted follower of Jesus and believes in justice and redemption for the broken, marginalized, and refugee. Jason has three children with Bethany and is currently working towards his Masters of Divinity at Claremont School of Theology. 

Bethany Nass Cseh - Pastor

Bethany grew up in a Christian family and met Jason in college at Hume Lake. They married in 2001 and helped plant Catalyst in 2006. It was during that time she discovered her love for preaching and teaching the Word of God while discipling those Jesus keeps bringing her way. She is mom to Isaac, Emily, and Antonio. She's an avid runner, is a foster and adoptive parent, loves Jesus and people, and enjoys spending time at the river. She is currently working towards her Masters of Divinity at Claremont School of Theology.

Ray Robinson - Pastor 

Ray has been with Catalyst since 2013. He leads all things music related, especially Sunday Gatherings. Ray is a passionate follower of Jesus who loves leading others into worshipping Jesus. Ray and his wife, Kim, have three amazing children and Ray works as a full-time electrician at Humboldt State University.
