The Catalyst Leader Growth Path exists to help people identify their basic level of responsibilities, and steps for future development, whatever the role across Catalyst.

 

I: ENTRY LEADERSHIP

First-time, basic, or short-term leadership responsibilities.

Examples: weekend musicians and event hosts.

Due to volume and frequency of changes, we do not post profiles for Entry Level Leaders.
